Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel the purchase was worth it. Because credits unlock AI-generated results instantly (a digital good delivered immediately), purchases are generally final — but we handle problems fairly:

• Something broke / you got nothing: if a tool failed to deliver your result, email refund@isanna.ai within 14 days and we will re-deliver or refund.
• Unused credits: if you bought credits and haven't used them, contact us within 14 days for a refund of the unused balance. Credits expire 90 days after purchase.
• Used credits: credits already spent on generated results are normally non-refundable, since the work was delivered — but tell us if you're unhappy and we'll look at it case by case.

Refunds are issued by Paddle (the merchant of record) back to your original payment method. There are no subscriptions to cancel — credits are one-time purchases.
